“One morning during my devotion, God stirred something deep within me. He impressed on my heart these words: ‘Don’t focus only on those inside the rehab—reach those outside as well. Feed my people.’
It was clear. The call wasn’t just to care for those already in recovery, but to extend love and nourishment to the forgotten, the underprivileged, the ones still wandering.
So I obeyed.
I broke down the wall at the back of my house, installed a gate, and opened my heart—and my home—to serve. From that moment on, I began offering free breakfast and care to those in need. Not because I had much, but because God asked me to give.
And when God speaks, love moves.”

Care
Life in Ghana can be unforgiving for the underprivileged. Many face daily hardship—struggling to access even the most basic necessities. For the needy, survival often means going without food, shelter, medical care, or even a change of clothes.
That’s why we step in.
We provide essential support for health, welfare, and protection—offering clothing, toiletries, and transportation to hospitals for those in need of treatment. It’s not just about meeting physical needs; it’s about restoring dignity, hope, and the belief that every life matters.
Because compassion isn’t a luxury—it’s a calling.
Free Breakfast
This outreach was birthed from a place of deep conviction and unwavering obedience to God’s call. Every morning, from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m., we serve free breakfast at the rear of the Chosen Rehab premises—a quiet corner transformed into a haven of grace.
This early meal is more than food. It’s a gesture of love, offered to the underprivileged with dignity and care. For many, it’s the only nourishment they’ll receive that day. For all, it’s a reminder that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.
Because when God speaks, we respond—and lives are fed in more ways than one.
Medical Screening
We conduct medical screenings in the slums and ghettos—meeting people where they are, in the places often overlooked. These screenings are more than routine checkups; they are lifelines.
Early detection of illness leads to timely intervention, better management, and more effective treatment. It reduces the risk of complications and significantly improves the chances of recovery and long-term health.
Because every life matters—and access to care should never depend on where you live.
